AT&T Internet

I selected AT&T to provide internet service.  Cost was a consideration.  I thought it was less expensive for what I thought I needed.  Then I got a bill.  I have charges on the bill that were NOT explained to me at the time I checked on service, (before I ordered it).  Then the cost for the monthly service rose because the price went up the month I got it.  Again, not explained prior to ordering this service.  What a great way to start…NOT.  Anyone else experience something like this?  I still appreciate the availability of internet.  I just prefer not to be tricked.  What ever happened to quality customer service?
