I saw a presentation on how exercise is good for you.  I think we all know that.  The speaker indicated that if you don’t exercise or exercise very little that if you will start or increase the amount, that the benefits are very large.  I basically fall into the “don’t exercise” group.  Now the speaker suggested that if you started try for 30 minutes of moderate exercise once per week, working up from there.  However, I think I will do better if I go for consistency.  So, I am going to try for a small amount of time, but every day, or for days that I know I will work it in to my schedule.  Wish me luck!  In fact, if you have any suggestions for me, I would love to hear from you.
